| Olen aina ajatellut ettei digiskräppäys ole mun juttu, perinteisessä kun on se paperin tuntu, kolmiulotteiset koristeet ja "oikea" fiilis. Lisäksi se vaatii (taas) varaston uusia tarvikkeita ja loputonta opiskelua ohjelmien käytössä. Mutta sitten.. Törmäsin Irene Alexeevan digisetteihin ja oivalsin että digiskräppäys voisi tuoda kuviin ulottuvuuden jota tavallisesti skräpäten olisi paljon hankalampaa: fantasian! Ja kun olin saanut äitienpäivälahjaksi Photoshop elements 7 ohjelman, tarvittiin vain vähän harjoittelua (lue:useamman tunnin hampaiden kiristelyn ja tutorialien selailun) ja ensimmäinen sivuni on valmis! Ajatuksena tehdä Danielille kansio jonka nimenä Toivon.. Eli nimensä mukaisesti asioita joita hänen elämäänsä toivon. Sen kummemmin synkistelemättä siis, mutta varmasti jokainen äiti joskus miettii, mitä jos ei ehdikkään nähdä lapsensa kasvavan. Pieni lapsi on niin uskomattoman varma omasta ihanuudestaan ja voimistaan maailman edessä, kun saisi osan siitä siirtymään siihen tulevaan aikuiseenkin :) Tietenkin toivon että olen paikalla sanomassa ne asiat kasvavalle pojalle, mutta jos jotain tapahtuu, jää edes jotain jäljelle , ja ehkä tätä tulee aikuisenakin joskus luettua.. Yllätyin myös digisettien edullisuudesta, ja latauksen voi tehdä heti. Tämä on siis loistava tapa skräppäillä lomalla, kuvat on koneella, samoin kaikki tarvikkeet, hiljaista, eikä tule sotkua! Valmiit sivut voi toki tulostaa itse, minä ajattelin tilata ne isompana eränä ulkomailta. I have always thougth, that digiscrapping is not my thing. The feel of papers, embellishments and all 3-d of the traditional style just seems to win in every way. Besides it would need a supplystash of yet another kind, not to mention all the learning it takes to master the programs.. But then.. I stumbeled on kits from Irene Alexeeva, and I realized there is a dimension digital could bring to the page: fantacy! And since I got PSE7 for Mothersday, it didn´t take much (read: hours of teethgrinding and reading tutorials) to get my first page done! I wanto make a book for my son Daniel, named I wish.. Filled whith thigs I hope for his future. I´m sure every mom sometimes wonders what if your not around to see your baby grow. Not meening to be gloomy, but just incase I won´t be around to help him keep some of that childlike belife in hi´s own exellence, attleast he´ll have this. And if I´m around to tell him these things, maybe he´ll flip threw it anyway :) Sets are suprisignly cheap, you get to download them right away, so this is a perfect way to scrap on holidays etc. It´s quiet, and NO MESS! lol Today all her sets are 5o% off! |
